Managing Driver Attendance from the Portal

Updated over a week ago

This article explains how to manage driver attendance from the portal when drivers are unable to update their status using the Driver App.

Dispatchers or fleet managers can manually update a driver’s duty status to keep availability accurate during operations. The portal also allows you to review each driver’s attendance history to monitor their activity over time.

Checking On Duty

You can mark drivers as On Duty either individually or for multiple drivers at once, depending on your operational needs.

Checking Off Duty

You can mark drivers as Off Duty either individually or for multiple drivers at once, depending on your operational needs.

Checking Driver Duty Status

To verify whether a driver is currently On Duty or Off Duty, you can check the Status column in the Drivers page table view.

This column displays the driver’s current duty state for each driver listed in the table, allowing dispatchers and fleet managers to quickly confirm driver availability at a glance.

Viewing Driver Attendance History

You can review a driver’s attendance activity through the Attendance History section. This section provides a chronological record of the driver’s duty activity, helping you audit and understand driver attendance over time.

Each event in the Attendance History shows:

  • The duty event performed (On Duty / Off Duty)

  • The date and time when the action was recorded

  • The name of the person who performed the action, whether it was the driver through the mobile app or a user who updated the status through the portal

Note: Inside the Attendance History panel, scroll down to view the latest attendance events recorded for the driver.
