Maximizing Driver Visibility

Updated over a week ago

The Drivers page gives you clear visibility into all drivers within your workspace, allowing you to easily monitor, organize, and manage your driver base.

With tools such as searching, sorting, filtering, and custom views, you can quickly find the drivers you need and maintain full oversight of your operations.

Searching For Drivers

To quickly locate drivers and avoid unnecessary scrolling, use the search bar at the top-right of the Drivers page to search by:

  • Name

  • Phone number

Results update instantly, helping you find the driver you need with minimal effort.

Sorting Your Drivers by Name

Sorting allows you to organize your Vehicles list in the way that best suits your workflow. You can sort vehicles by License Plate by clicking the Sort button located next to the Filters button.

In the window that appears, choose whether you want to sort the list alphabetically from A–Z or from Z–A, and the table will update instantly.

Using Filters

Filters allow you to narrow down your driver list based on specific parameters. Common filter options include:

  • Status — Filter your drivers by their status (Checked-in, Checked-out, Disabled)

  • Vehicles — Enter the vehicle’s plate number to view the driver currently assigned to it.

💡Tip: Without entering anything, you can tick the ‘Only Unassigned’ option to view all drivers who are not assigned to any vehicle.

  • Group — Type the name of a driver group to see all drivers who belong to it.

💡Tip: Without entering anything, you can tick the ‘Only Unassigned’ option to view all drivers who are not part of any group.

  • Skills — Select one or many skills to view all drivers who have them.

Note: You can apply multiple filters at the same time to get more tailored and precise results

Creating and Saving Custom Views

If you frequently use the same filter combinations, you can save them as Custom Views. Custom views allow you to personalize the Drivers page and quickly access a specific set of drivers without reapplying filters each time.

How to Create a View

  1. Apply your desired filters.

  2. Click the ‘Save View’ button located right next to the ‘Filters’ button.

  3. Inside the window that appears to the left of the screen, give the newly created view a name.

  4. Click the “Save” button at the bottom right side of your screen to save the view.

Once saved, the view will appear in the views bar at the top of the Vehicles page, next to All. You can click on the view name at any time to instantly access it.

Editing a Saved View

After creating and saving a view, you can edit its filters at any time. To do so:

  • Access the view by clicking on its name in the views bar.

  • Once the view is active, add or remove filters as needed.

  • After making the desired changes, click the Save Changes button located next to the Filters button to update the view.

Managing Your Views

To better manage and organize your saved views, you can access additional options directly from the views bar.

To manage a saved view, you must first be viewing that specific view. Once the view is accessed, click on its name in the views bar to access the available actions:

  • Editing a saved view’s name.

  • Duplicating the view by creating a copy of it.

  • Moving the view’s position on the views bar to the left or right as needed.

  • Deleting a view if it’s no longer needed.
