When a driver cannot log in to the Driver App because they forgot the PIN linked to their driver account, you can reset it from the platform on their behalf.
This article explains how to reset a driver’s PIN so they can access their account again.
Important Note
Clicking Reset PIN generates a new PIN displayed on the screen. Share this PIN exactly as shown with the driver.
Before logging in again, ask the driver to:
Close the Driver App completely by removing it from the background.
Wait about 1 minute, then reopen the app and log in with the new PIN

Changing The PIN After Logging In
Once the driver logs in using the reset PIN, they can change it to a custom PIN from their account settings in the Driver App.
This lets them replace the temporary reset PIN with one of their choice.
