What Is Merchant Order Management?
Merchant order management allows you to process and fulfill orders on behalf of your merchants while maintaining the locations associated with each merchant. It consists of two key aspects:
Order Management – Managing your merchants' orders throughout their entire lifecycle, from creation to final delivery.
Location Management – Managing the locations associated with each merchant.
How Is This Achieved?
Merchant order management is enabled through the Manage Orders setting within the corresponding merchant profile on the Merchants page.
Once enabled, the merchant can be used to create and manage orders throughout their delivery lifecycle, while also allowing you to maintain the merchant's associated locations.
