How Does the Merchant Portal Benefit Your Merchant?
The Merchant Portal is a dedicated, streamlined version of FleetRunnr that gives merchants visibility into the orders you're managing on their behalf.
It includes only the features merchants need to support their day-to-day operations, such as viewing and managing their orders, adding their locations, viewing their customers, and managing their workspace members.
Once the merchant owner joins the portal, they can also invite other members of their organization who require access to collaborate and manage orders delivered on their behalf.
How Is the Merchant Owner Invited?
The merchant owner is invited from the Merchants page, specifically from within the merchant profile you created earlier.
Once invited, the merchant owner will receive an email invitation to join your workspace through their dedicated Merchant Portal.
The Owner column will display Pending Invitation until the merchant owner accepts the invitation.
Once accepted, the status is replaced with the merchant owner's name and email address, indicating that they have successfully joined your workspace through their Merchant Portal.
Important Notes
Merchant owner invitations expire after 24 hours. To avoid the invitation expiring, ask the recipient to accept it as soon as possible.
If the invitation expires or was sent to the wrong email address, you can revoke the pending invitation and send a new one to the correct recipient.
