Maximizing Vehicle Visibility

Updated yesterday

The Vehicles page gives you full visibility into all vehicles within your workspace, allowing you to easily view, track, and organize your fleet.

With tools such as search, sorting, filtering, and custom views, you can quickly surface the vehicles you need and maintain clear oversight of your operations.

Searching for Vehicles

You can quickly locate a vehicle using the search bar located at the top-right of the page.

The search function helps you find vehicles faster and avoids unnecessary scrolling through long lists. You can search for vehicles using:

  • Plate Number

  • Maker (the vehicle manufacturer)

Sorting Your Vehicles

Sorting allows you to organize your Vehicles list in the way that best suits your workflow. You can sort vehicles by License Plate by clicking the Sort button located next to the Filters button.

In the window that appears, choose whether you want to sort the list alphabetically from A–Z or from Z–A, and the table will update instantly.

Filtering Your Vehicles

You can refine your vehicle list using several filters that help you narrow down results based on specific criteria. Filtering allows you to focus on the vehicles you need without manually searching through the entire list.

Available filters include:

  • Driver - Filter vehicles based on the driver assigned to each one. You can also enable Only Unassigned to view vehicles that are not currently assigned to any driver.

  • Vehicle Type - Filter vehicles by type, including Bicycle, Scooter, Car, Van, or Truck.

  • Group - Filter vehicles based on the group they belong to. You can enable Only Unassigned to view vehicles that are not assigned to any group.

  • Tags - Filter vehicles using the tags applied for internal organization and segmentation. You can enable Only Unassigned to view vehicles that do not have any tags assigned.

  • Options - Filter vehicles based on available options such as Heater, Cooler, Freezer, Lift, Narcotics, or POS Machine.

Creating and Saving Custom Views

If you frequently use the same filter combinations, you can save them as Custom Views. Custom views allow you to personalize the Vehicles page and quickly access a specific set of vehicles without reapplying filters each time.

How to Create a Custom View

  1. Apply the filters you want to save.

  2. Click the Save View button located next to the Filters button.

  3. In the panel that appears on the left side of the screen, enter a name for your new view.

  4. Click Save to create the view.

Once saved, the view will appear in the views bar at the top of the Vehicles page, next to All. You can click on the view name at any time to instantly access it.

Editing a Saved View

After creating and saving a view, you can edit its filters at any time. To do so:

  • Access the view by clicking on its name in the views bar.

  • Once the view is active, add or remove filters as needed.

  • After making the desired changes, click the Save Changes button located next to the Filters button to update the view.

Managing Your Custom Views

To better manage and organize your saved views, you can access additional options directly from the views bar.

To manage a saved view, you must first be viewing that specific view. Once the view is accessed, click on its name in the views bar to access the available actions:

  • Editing a saved view’s name.

  • Duplicating the view by creating a copy of it.

  • Moving the view’s position on the views bar to the left or right as needed.

  • Deleting a view if it’s no longer needed.
