The Vehicles page gives you a complete overview of all vehicles registered in your workspace. It allows you to view, organize, and manage your fleet efficiently, ensuring smooth daily operations and accurate dispatching.
This page is primarily used by dispatchers, fleet managers, and operations teams to monitor vehicle availability and maintain up-to-date vehicle information.
Accessing the Vehicles Page
From your portal’s Dashboard, click Fleet.
Inside the Fleet module, use the left-side navigation menu and select Vehicles to access the vehicles page.
Vehicles Page Overview
The Vehicles page displays all vehicles added to your workspace in a structured table view, allowing you to easily review and manage fleet information at a glance.
Each row in the table represents a single vehicle, while each column displays a specific attribute related to that vehicle.
These details are:
Plate Number – Displays the plate number of the vehicle.
Assigned Driver – The driver currently assigned to the vehicle. If no driver is assigned, this field appears as Unassigned
Vehicle Color
Vehicle Type – One of the following: Bicycle, Scooter, Car, Van, or Truck
Engine Type – One of the following: Diesel, Gasoline, Electric, or Hybrid
Maker – The manufacturer of the vehicle
Model – The name of the vehicle’s model
Year – The year when this vehicle’s model was released
Maximum Volume and/or Maximum Weight (based on which one is configured)
Options – Available options such as Heater, Cooler, Freezer, Lift, Narcotics, or POS Machine
Group – The vehicle group to which this vehicle belongs.
Tags – Custom tags used for internal organization and segmentation

Managing Vehicles
The Vehicles page lets you add your fleet’s vehicles to your FleetRunnr workspace. Moreover, this is the page where you can manage your vehicles, keeping your list organized and up to date.
