FleetRunnr provides a set of actions that allow you to manage your vehicles with full visibility and control.
These actions are mainly used by fleet managers to quickly access, update, and maintain essential vehicle information across their workspace.
Accessing These Actions
First, you should access the vehicles page by doing the following:
From your portal’s Dashboard, click Fleet.
Inside the Fleet module, use the left-side navigation menu and click Vehicles to access the vehicles page.
How are These Actions Taken
Some actions are available through different methods depending on the action itself. The available methods are:
By using the top bulk action bar, which allows you to take actions on multiple vehicles at the same time.
By using the three-dots menu on the far right of each individual vehicle row, which lets you take actions specifically on that vehicle only.

Edit a Vehicle's Information
By using this action, you can update a single vehicle’s information quickly and accurately. This information includes:
The Vehicle's Required and Optional Information
The vehicle Costs
The vehicle's Advanced settings
The Vehicle's specifications
This action is accessible through the three horizontal dots (…) menu located at the far right of the vehicle row you want to edit.
Bulk Edit Multiple Vehicles at Once
This action enables you to edit multiple vehicles at once, significantly reducing the time and effort compared to updating each vehicle individually. You can update:
Required and optional vehicle information
Vehicle costs
Advanced configurations
Vehicle specifications
Note: A single, shared information panel is displayed for all selected vehicles and appears blank by default. Any value you enter will be applied to every selected vehicle and will override their previous configurations, while fields left blank will retain their existing values.
This action is available through the Top Bulk Action Bar, allowing you to edit the information of multiple vehicles at once.
Remove Vehicles
This action allows you to permanently remove vehicles from your workspace, helping you keep your fleet accurate and free of inactive vehicles.
This action is available through the Top Bulk Action Bar to remove multiple vehicles at once, and through the Three Horizontal Dots Menu located at the far right of the vehicle row you want to remove.
Bulk Action Bar: Remove multiple vehicles in one step to save time.
Three-Dots Menu: Remove a single vehicle when only one record needs to be deleted.
