Managing Your Vehicles

FleetRunnr provides a set of actions that allow you to manage your vehicles with full visibility and control.

These actions are mainly used by fleet managers to quickly access, update, and maintain essential vehicle information across their workspace.

Edit a Vehicle's Information

This action allows you to edit and update the information of one vehicle at a time directly from the Vehicles page.

This information includes:

  • Vehicle info – such as the vehicle name or license plate

  • Vehicle specs

  • Vehicle costs

  • Vehicle advanced configuration

Bulk Edit Multiple Vehicles at Once

This action enables you to edit multiple vehicles at once, significantly reducing the time and effort compared to updating each vehicle individually. You can update:

  • Vehicle info – such as the vehicle name or license plate

  • Vehicle specs

  • Vehicle costs

  • Vehicle advanced configuration


​Note:

A single shared information panel is displayed for all selected vehicles and appears blank by default.
​Any value you enter will be applied to every selected vehicle and will override their previous configurations, while fields left blank will retain their existing values.

Remove Vehicles

This action allows you to permanently remove vehicles from your workspace, helping you keep your fleet accurate and free of inactive vehicles.

Vehicles can be removed either individually or in bulk.
