All of these actions are performed from the Members page, where you can manage your workspace members in one place.
Searching for Members
You can search for a specific member directly from the Members page using the search bar. This helps you quickly find the member you want to manage.
Searching for a member can be done by:
Name
Email address
Filtering Members by Status
On the Members page, you can use filters to narrow down your member list based on their status.
The available filters include:
All Members – Shows every member in your workspace, regardless of status.
Active – Members who are enabled and currently have access to your workspace.
Inactive – Members who have been deactivated and no longer have access.
Pending Invitation – Members who have been invited but haven’t yet accepted the invitation.
Deactivating a Member
Deactivating a member keeps them listed in your workspace but removes their access. This is useful when a member temporarily no longer needs access but may require it again in the future.
Enabling a Member
Enabling a member reactivates a previously deactivated member and restores their access to the workspace.
Removing a Member
Removing a member permanently deletes them from your workspace. This action is typically used when the member no longer needs access at all.
If the member needs access again in the future, they must be re-invited.
