Managing Members – Deactivate, Enable & Remove Members

Managing members in FleetRunnr goes beyond adding users—it ensures your member list stays organized, up to date, and aligned with your operations.

From quickly finding members and filtering by status to updating their access by deactivating or removing them, FleetRunnr gives you full control over who operates in your workspace.


Where Are Members Managed

All of these actions are performed from the Members page, where you can manage your workspace members in one place.


Searching for Members

You can search for a specific member directly from the Members page using the search bar. This helps you quickly find the member you want to manage.

Searching for a member can be done by:

  • Name

  • Email address


Filtering Members by Status

On the Members page, you can use filters to narrow down your member list based on their status.

The available filters include:

  • All Members – Shows every member in your workspace, regardless of status.

  • Active – Members who are enabled and currently have access to your workspace.

  • Inactive – Members who have been deactivated and no longer have access.

  • Pending Invitation – Members who have been invited but haven’t yet accepted the invitation.


Deactivating a Member

Deactivating a member revokes their access to the workspace without removing their account from the Members page.

This is useful when a member temporarily no longer requires access but may need it again in the future.


Enabling a Member

Enabling a member reactivates a previously deactivated member and restores their access to the workspace.


Removing a Member

Removing a member permanently revokes their access to your workspace. This action is typically used when the member no longer requires access at all.

If the member needs access again in the future, they will need to be re-invited to the workspace.
