Managing members permissions is essential to keeping your FleetRunnr workspace organized, secure, and well-controlled.
Each member is assigned permissions when first added to the workspace, ensuring they only access what they need based on their responsibilities.
These permissions can be updated at any time as roles or operational needs evolve.
How Permissions Work
FleetRunnr offers two access levels to match each member’s responsibilities and tasks within your workspace:
Limited Access – You can select only the specific actions they are allowed to perform, making it ideal for role-based access control—for example, giving an accountant access only to the Accounting module.
Full Access – Grants unrestricted access to all modules and actions across the system.
How to Set a Member’s Permissions
Member permissions are set from the Members page, where you choose whether a member has full or limited access.
Full Access: Gives the member complete access to all modules and actions across the workspace.

Limited Access: Lets you control exactly what the member can see and do:
→You can grant access to entire modules—for example, giving full access to the Orders module.
→You can limit access to specific features within modules—for example allowing access to the orders module while preventing actions such as updating and cancelling orders.

Note: Members with limited permissions should be assigned to the location(s) where they operate to ensure they only access relevant data within the workspace.
