Assigning Members to Locations

Updated yesterday

Assigning members to the correct locations keeps your FleetRunnr operations organized and efficient.

By linking each member to where they operate—such as a hub, warehouse, or store—you ensure better visibility, cleaner reporting, and smoother coordination.

How It Works

Members with limited access should be assigned only to the locations where they operate, ensuring they see only relevant data and maintain clear, controlled access across the workspace.

For example, if your workspace includes multiple warehouses or branches, a dispatcher should be assigned only to the specific locations they manage, allowing them to focus solely on the operations relevant to them.

Important Note

Members with Full Access automatically have access to all locations, as this permission level provides complete visibility and control across the entire workspace.

These members are not restricted to specific locations and do not require manual location assignment.

How to Assign Members to Locations

Members are assigned to locations from the Locations Management page in your settings.

Additional Notes

  • Members with Full Access permissions will have access to all locations by default. This is why their email and their enabled toggle button appear shaded at the top of the members list.

  • To unassign members from a location, follow the same steps and disable the toggle for the corresponding member(s).
