FleetRunnr facilitates connections with other FleetRunnr accounts that place and manage orders with your fleet:

You can access Merchants and Directory listing pages by visiting the settings page (https://app.fleetrunnr.com/settings).

Merchants

Merchants are clients dealing with your organization to deliver products to their customers.

You may either invite merchants via email to get access to their own unique portal to create orders, manage integrations and monitor accounting or you may add merchants to be managed by your organization.

To invite merchants to your workspace, click on [Invite Merchants] on the top right corner.

Add the merchant’s email address, then select the shipping methods that can be provided to this merchant.

Merchants are billed based on the shipping method and the surcharges associated to it. (To read more about shipping methods, visit this article https://help.fleetrunnr.com/en/articles/6286772-carriers-packages-shipping-labels-shipping-methods-and-delivery-zones)

After that, click on [Invite] and Fleetrunnr will send an email to the merchant to join the workspace by logging in or signing up (if he/she doesn’t have an account yet).

You may view the status of the invitation and choose to cancel it by clicking on [Revoke invitation].

To add managed merchants, click on [New managed Merchant] on the top right corner.

Add the merchant’s name, then select the shipping methods that can be provided to this merchant.

Then, click on [Save].

After creating the managed merchant, click on [Manage locations] to add the addresses of the Merchant from where the shipments will be picked up.

Then click on [Create location] to add all the address details and click on [Save]
