FleetRunnr gives you access to your customers list to view and edit vital information such as their name, contact information and addresses etc.
In addition, you will have access to your customers database that includes their order history and status.
To create a new customer, first visit the customers page( https://app.fleetrunnr.com/customers ), and on the top right corner click on [Create Customer].
Then, add the required fields:
First name
Last name
Email address
Phone number
And click on [Create].
To view and Edit an old customer, type the customer name in the search tab on the top right corner.
Then, click on the customer name to view the customer.
You may edit the customer information at any time by clicking on [Edit] and you may Edit an old address by clicking on the pen symbol next to the address.
To create a new address for the customer, click on [Create] on the top right corner and add below required fields:
In the view customers page, you will have access to view the latest customer orders sorted by date and the status of each order.
To check the details of the order, click on the order’s tracking number.
